Driver & Rider Responsibility
Passengers using mobility scooters who use a wheelchair accessible vehicle are required to dismount from their scooter and transfer into a seat.
Be careful when attaching extras or enhancements to a mobility scooter, such as canopies or flags, which may increase the overall height and impede the view of the driver or affect other passengers.​

Users should consider these criteria:

it fits in an allocated space of 1300 mm by 800 mm.

it is less than 800 mm wide.

the total height when the user is seated on it is less than 1500 mm (for travelling in accessible vehicles)

the total weight of the user and the mobility device is less than 300 kg.
Your JUST4U Wheelchair & Mobility Transfers PTY LTD driver has been issued with Driver Authorisation.

To be granted Driver Authorisation for Booked hire & Taxi Services in Queensland, a prospective
driver must:

have satisfied rigorous background checks regarding their criminal history, driving and licensing history and medical state

have knowledge of common destinations and major connecting roads within the booked hire service area or be able to utilise Mobile map & GPS systems.
Wheelchair & Mobility service passenger responsibilities

You are responsible for wearing a seatbelt.

If you have a child with you (under 16 years of age), you must ensure they are properly restrained. If you have your own child restraint, check with your wheelchair & mobility transfer service provider if it can be installed in the vehicle.

You cannot smoke (including electronic cigarettes) or consume food or drink, including alcohol, during your journey.

Be respectful and treat the driver and fellow passengers with the same respect you would like to be treated with yourself.
