Bookings
Weekends and Public holidays
Bookings by Prior arrangement only.
Payment

All bookings must be paid at the time of the booking. We operate on an hourly rate.
Cancellations
-
Please do the cancellation at your earliest opportunity to provide us with enough time to cater to other passengers.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date may be charged the full booking price at the discretion of the owner-driver.

JUST4U Wheelchair & Mobility Transfers PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time in which case a full refund will be offered.

Failure to cancel a booking may incur the full booking price.
Changes

Our arrangements can be flexible, and changes may be permitted.

WAITING TIME
Waiting Times
Maximum wait time for passengers is 10 minutes without prior communications subject to other pre-booked rides.
No Show
JUST4U Wheelchair & Mobility Transfers PTY LTD reserves the right to not provide a refund for 'no shows'. You will forfeit your booking fee if you do not show up for your ride without communication or other change arrangements.
Driver running late
If the driver is running late or behind schedule they will communicate with the client for a re-arrangement. If the client does not want to continue with the ride due to the driver being late, a full refund will be provided.

Covid 19 Rules and Regulations
Drivers and Passengers:

Get tested if you are sick.
-
If you develop symptoms consistent with COVID-19 call your healthcare provider for medical advice and guidance.

Passengers to inform us at time of booking if they are symptomatic of any Covid like symptoms like fever, cough, sore throat or tiredness.

Passengers and drivers to avoid close contact with each other. Passengers to handle their own personal belongings during pick-up and drop off.

ADVICE TO PASSENGERS

Avoid direct contact with the driver and other passengers, Safe Work Australia suggests sitting in the rear passenger seat of the vehicle.

Practice good cough/sneeze hygiene, and hand hygiene:
-
wash your hands frequently with soap and water or an approved hand sanitiser.

cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, or cough/sneeze into your elbow or upper arm, dispose of tissues after use, and use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser to clean your hands afterwards, and

avoid close contact with others (stay more than 1.5m away from people)

ADVICE TO DRIVERS
Drivers will employ extra cleaning practices at the end of each shift, as part of good hygiene practice. Including the sanitisation of:

Seats
-
Door handles and window controls
-
Seatbelts and buckles
-
Payment equipment

While COVID-19 is of concern, it is important to remember that most people displaying symptoms like fever, cough, sore throat or tiredness are likely to be suffering from the common cold or another respiratory illness – not COVID-19.
Face Masks:
You can wear a face mask at any time if you choose to, though it is not mandatory.
